Starter circuit breakers

BLOCK after one stop; during the first 30 or final 45 minutes; within 60 minutes of a major scheduled event; when the 15-minute range reaches 0.45%; when VIX1D rises at least 8% in 15 minutes; or when SPX is below VWAP with a 15-minute return at or below −0.25%. Maximum spread loss above 0.5% of account equity also blocks. The stop lock persists in this browser until the next New York date; it remains a human integrity control and cannot prevent trading elsewhere.
